Your impact will be:
Manage incident and service request;
Be clear about tickets logged with end-users and communicate about resolution progress;
Provide a positive experience to end-users based on Service Level Objectives;
Participate to new application or version testing and stabilization;
Monitor data quality, implement mass uploads and set up standard mass uploads, reports and measurements for repetitive execution when dealing with master data
What are we looking for?
University Degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
Someone with experience in Applications Support in manufacturing industry;
A good English speaker is important to be successful in this role.
Other knowledge important for you to succeed:
Experience with SFDC (SalesForce.com) configuration and customization.
Experience with SOSL and SQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the Salesforce Security model.
Experience working with Oracle Sql Developer.
Datastage/Webmethod understanding.
ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
SFDC Certified professional is a plus.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or familiar with Scrum methodology is a plus
