The role is to work in a global team as CRM Solution Architect to design, develop and manage CPQ application landscape for DX business areas and to be responsible for the solution and integration architecture as well as for the technologies and development tools used.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing solution strategy that aligns to our business. Utilize people, process and technology, engages team members and help provide solutions to Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (DX) Sales organization.
Drive the development of the architecture framework, the architecture roadmap and the application and data architecture for DX business process.
Prepare decisions on the use of new technologies and integration scenarios.
Model IT architectures and processes and promote consistent design, planning and implementation of IT Solutions.
Lead senior technical and business team members through transformative projects, beginning with discovery through the delivery of value, designed at streamlining business processes to achieve performance.
Collaborate with Sales during the discovery stage to research and understand our challenges and work towards value added solutions.
Provide 3 levels of support for DX production application space, including triage analysis, level 2 support team guidance, solutioning issue and provide technical solution.
Design/ develop / support various interfaces between Quoting, Order and reporting systems using REST Services, and XML/JSON transfers. Support pricing administration systems for In-Vivo and In-Vitro CPQ applications.
Manage AWS and other cloud environments. Investigate and mitigate security violations.
Your qualifications and experience:
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
10+ years of experience as an application/ solution architect.
3+ years of experience working with Global teams.
CPQ implementation experience in one of the CPQ applications (Tacton, Oracle, Salesforce, Conga and others).
Cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).
Professional experience in building software based on these libraries and technologies: SPA, Angular, JavaEE, Servlet (Tomcat), Spring, REST, JDBC, SQL.
Experience with REST services, technologies underlying with XML and JSON data formats.
If you are familiar with C++, especially MFC, this is considered a plus!
