This professional is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of systems, networks, and services, as well as leading teams in the implementation of innovative technological solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Infrastructure Management: Plan, implement, and maintain the organization's technological infrastructure. Ensure the operational continuity of servers, networks, and systems.
IT Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement robust operational policies and procedures.
Team Management: Lead and foster the development of infrastructure and operations teams. Cultivate a collaborative environment that promotes professional improvement.
Technological Innovation: Evaluate and implement new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
AMS Responsibility: Manage application services, ensuring effective delivery and continuous support. Coordinate problem and incident resolution, ensuring application integrity.
Information Security: Ensure the integrity and security of data and systems by adopting preventive and reactive measures.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Completed higher education
Fluent English
Experience in people management
Good knowledge of SAP
Solid experience in IT operations
