We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Project Manager Coordinator overseeing integration initiatives after organizations M&A. This role is crucial in ensuring effective coordination and communication among project managers within our organization. The Project Manager Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating collaboration, tracking project progress, and implementing best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a central point of contact for project managers, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
Organize regular meetings, check-ins, and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and alignment across projects.
Serve as a liaison between project managers and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and requirements.
Project Tracking and Reporting:
Develop and maintain project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify risks, and track key milestones.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project status, resource utilization, and budget adherence.
Work closely with project managers to address any issues or roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management function and governance area.
Collaborate with project managers to implement best practices, standard methodologies, and tools to streamline project delivery processes.
Continuously evaluate and refine project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and Development:
Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, offering support and coaching to enhance their project management skills.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management community.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (X years) in project management or related roles, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and MS Office suite.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Experience in coordinating project managers or leading project management teams is an advantage.
