The SAP Security Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, execution, maintenance and improvement of security policies and controls within the Siemens Healthineers systems (SHS). She/He will translate business requirements into Security design keeping in mind the overall landscape, architecture, and vision of Siemens Healthineers systems.
This position is part of the SAP Centre of Excellence within the IT department of Siemens Healthineers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Work with business and 3rd party vendors to gather SAP security requirements to meet business objectives.
Should be able define scope and gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
Performing SAP Security Role Design, user administration including testing and documentation.
Translates requirements into enterprise-wide system solutions.
Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
Work on Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate day-to-day security & authorization (S&A) monitoring and implement corrective actions.
Work closely and efficiently with internal and external auditors and legal/ compliance teams contributing to SOX and FDA validation and audit efforts in line with SHS compliance requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to prioritize work effectively.
Coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 + Years of experience
Advanced English
You have in-depth knowledge of SAP authorization management.
You have deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts for SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BI NetWeaver, Fiori, SAP RISE, SAP GTS, SAP NFP, SAP MES and SAP BI systems.
SoD conflicts, critical authorizations, security roles
You have knowledge in SAP Audit Management
You have knowledge about supporting tools (e.g. Security Weaver)
You are an expert in the configuration, maintenance and monitoring of authorizations in SAP (SAP role management, SAP Identity Management, SAP system security monitoring).
SKILLS:
You are able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment incl. the ability to collaborate remotely with IT teams in multiple countries like Germany, India and USA.
You are self-starter, team-player and capable of working with very little supervision.
