We are looking for someone to work for the Validation & Compliance team, focusing not only in QA but also in processes and it governance.
Analyze, validate and manage the Quality requirements from our central Quality- Department for our team-specific Software
Support Product Owners and application Managers by helping them with the implementation of the quality requirements and ensure that the implemented quality requirements are affective
Gives guidance that risks are identified, considered and controlled throughout the design and the use of the Software Lifecycle to the Team.
Alignment with internal quality department and discuss potential impovements and changes. Ensure that all stakeholders are involved when specifying new quality requirements
Anticipate potential quality problems and provide effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
Help the Application team to ensure high internal quality standards by focusing on quality, security and data privacy
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
Trains employees in a specific Quality related processes
Conduct internal friendly Audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness from internal regulations.
Support with internal and external audits
As Validation Expert you will collaborate with Quality Department and work directly in our Application Team
Provide input thru continuous feedback channel to improve and simplify quality requirements.
Coach the project and application team members in Quality Management System and Processes application.
You will represent the need and demand of the Americas region in the Global community and bring knowledge from Global to the region
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of successful experience in Quality Management and successful demonstration of keyresponsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
Knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred
Knowledge and experience in methodologies of software Quality Assurance/ software test automation
An understanding of foundational PM principles including management of scope, schedule, budget, risk, resources, quality, communications, suppliers, stakeholders, and team operations.
Expert level of critical thinking in applying principles, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems.
Experience in continuous improvement processes based on learnings from field issues
Agile or SAFe certification is a plus.
Capable, mature, and self-motivated individual who is familiar working in a global team setting and can drive quality topics independently and proactively
